I RECEIVED MY CANDLE, WHAT'S NEXT?
When first lighting your candle it is ideal to burn the candle until the melted wax reaches the edges of the container (at least 1 hour, but never longer than 4 hours). This gives the candle time to do its magic and burn as evenly and clean as possible.
Keep candle away from fans, open windows, hot surfaces, children, and pets.
Never leave a candle burning unattended.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept credit and debit cards.
MY CANDLE WAS NOT DELIVERED BECAUSE I INSERTED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
Oh no, we all make mistakes. In this case, you must notify us of the non delivery as soon as it is brought to your attention. Form there, we will send you an invoice for a new shipping label and we mail your candle(s) within 3-5 business days.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

First and foremost thank you for your support and recent purchase of your Randle Candle! We want to ensure you are elated with everything you purchase from us.
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unburned, undamaged items to The Randle Candle for credit or replacement. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Burned or damaged candles CANNOT be returned, unless specifically requested or pre-authorized directly by a customer service representative.
If there is a problem with an item received, contact us within 10 business days of delivery of the product.
